CUSTOM DRAPERY or BEDDING CONSULTATION
If you are looking to dress your windows with a custom window treatmemt, this is the place to start. For one flat fee we come to your home and meet with you to discuss your style and your desired finished look. We also take professional measurements so that we can be sure that your treatment is fabricated perfectly. After our appointment in your home, we return to our studio and select fabrics and trims to coordinate with your decor. We use our experience and expertise to design a treatment that will give you the exact look you are going for. Then, we use our computerized program to create a custom rendering of your window including the proposed treament. This allows you to see what your draperies will look like before they are ever created. In addition, we will meet with our seamstress to discuss every detail of your custom treatment including yardage needed, specialized sewing requirements, and potential fabrication or installation issues. After this meeting we are able to translate our numbers into a final estimate for you. At this point, we invite you back into our showroom for a presentation of the proposed fabrics, trims, and estimate. At this meeting, we will be able to make any minor changes in fabric or trim at your request. As you can tell, we spend a great deal of time in the design of a custom treatment. Because of this, our fee is based per window/room. (ex. a master bedroom that has 3 single windows will be charged only one fee, but a dining room and living room would incur two fees.) Call for pricing if you have a large number of windows to discuss at one time as a reduced price may be applicable.

INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTATION
Should you need advice on more than draperies or bedding, a design consultation can be the right choice.There are two options for interior design consultations.
The first is an in-home consultation at an hourly rate. While in your home, we will discuss in detail your design concerns and provide on the spot solutions to your problems. We can discuss anything from furniture placement, paint colors, and accessory placement to tile design or custom cabinetry. Our fee wiil be collected at the end of the consultation.
The second option is an on-going design relationship. This is best used for larger projects ie. furnising an entire room or house, remodeling a space, buildng a new home. Should you decide to hire MUSE for a long-term design project, this initial consultation will be complimentary.
In either case, a design consultation is your first step. When you schedule your appointment please specify which option best suits your needs.

ROOM RE-DESIGN
Are your rooms tired and ready for a fresh look? Are you on a budget? A room re-design is an economical way to get the most from your space! Often, people collect pieces for their home that they love. Then, when they get them home, they can't figure out where to use them. In addition, you may have a piece that has been used in the same place and way for years. This is where we can help. We bring two designers to your home and we work with your existing furniture and accessories. Having a fresh set of eyes to look at your space and furnishings can open up a whole world of possibilities for your home. We will move your furniture to ensure its best placement and we'll collect items from throughout your home to ensure that they are used in the most exciting and appropriate place. When you return home, your rooms will look new and exciting! Depending on the number of spaces you need us to tackle, you can choose from a 1/2 day Re-design (4 hours) or a Full Day Re-design (8 hours). In addition, we may make recommendations for other items that may enhance your space. You can take your time and purchase these extra items as you find them, or as you are able.

REALTOR / HOMEOWNER PRE-LISTING HOME CONSULTATION
Before you put that home on the market, allow us to perform a check up as well as a compreshensive design and staging consultation. Our construction experts will look at potential home inspection issues and our designers will evaluate the marketability of the home from a potential buyer's prospective. At the end, you will receive a comprehensive list of suggestions to make the sale of your home a much smoother process. We call this the MUSE Review and is meant to be an alternative to expensive staging and home inspections.
