Where are you located?

Our office is located in Concord, North Carolina near Charlotte.


Which areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Charlotte Region of North Carolina. However, we are willing to travel for special projects.


Are you a real estate firm or an interior design firm?

Both. We are a luxury home services firm that understands how good design affects the marketability of a home. We specialize in maximizing a homes potential. We work to help the homeowner enjoy their property and we use interior design as part of our marketing plan to make the home appealing to a potential buyer if they are in the process of selling the home.


Does you company build homes?

We are a licensed general contractor. However, we use our knowledge primarily to assist our buyer and design clients through the home building process. We work very closely with general contractors and it is necessary for us to have a working knowledge of the way a home is built.


Can I pick and choose which service to use?

Yes. You can choose to work with us in many ways. We can help you find a home. We can help you design a home. We can help you sell your home. That’s the power of three!


Will you just decorate my home?

Yes. We are a full service interior design firm with a staff of designers that are ready to help you transform you existing home or assist you from the ground up with a new home.


Will you just help me sell my home?

Yes. We work with buyers every day. Our agents know the luxury home market in the Charlotte area and are ready to assist you in making an educated decision about your next home purchase.
